Who we are

Ancr Agency ("we", "us") runs ancragency.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Contact: ahad@ancragency.com

What we collect

When you contact us by email or WhatsApp: your name, business name, contact details and the content of your messages.

When we contact businesses: we may use publicly available business contact details, and business details from data providers, to reach out about our services.

When you visit this website: nothing through the site itself. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and the site has no forms. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

To reply to you, discuss your project and provide the services you ask for.

To send you a small number of business emails about our services. Every email lets you opt out.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use anyone's client data for marketing.

Our legal basis (UK and EU)

We rely on legitimate interests to reply to enquiries and to contact businesses about services that may be relevant to them, and on taking steps at your request before entering a contract.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business: Google Workspace (email and files), WhatsApp Business (messaging) and our website hosting provider. They process data under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, then delete them unless we must keep records by law. If you opt out of our emails, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we never email you again.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or stop all contact. Email us and we will act on opt-out requests the same day.

If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
